Why Protis.AI? What makes your approach different?
We implement privacy-by-design across many LLMs and encapsulate isolated chat dialogs into custom-designed automations that can eliminate repetitive tasks and be linked together to automate business processes.
Will our data be used to train public AI models?
No – that’s the point of Protis.AI – to prevent your proprietary data from being used to train public models. The platform and integrations are configured to avoid data sharing for training.
How do you keep our data private and secure?
Protis.AI is built on a platform that has SOC 2 Type I, Type II, and SOC 3 compliance.
The platform follows least-privilege access, encryption in transit/at rest where supported, role-based access controls, environment isolation, anonymization, masking and redaction. Chat histories stay within the secure environment and are not stored at any LLM. Any LLM that allows self-hosting is siloed on private servers. For those that don’t, labeled data is anonymized so that only the information the LLM needs to process a request is transmitted.
All data is stored in AWS data centers in Virginia, with logical separation between organizations and users. Independent security firms conduct regular testing to identify and remediate potential vulnerabilities. Development processes incorporate security reviews at every stage, with external cybersecurity consultants regularly evaluating both the code and operational practices.

What’s the implementation process and timeline?
Once you sign up, we’ll ask for a list of users and for a designated site administrator. Each user will receive a welcome email with their login information and our mandatory 15-minute video class on prompt engineering. Within a week, all users can be live on Protis.AI for secure chat.
Do you offer trial periods?
Is a contract required?
No. While there is a standard usage agreement, Protis.AI is offered on a month-to-month basis with 30-day written notice to exit.
Can we export our data and prompts if we leave?
No, but we’ll remove access and purge retained data including content, prompts, and configurations.
